The firm is managed and lead by Guy Monarov, CPA (Isr.), CISA, CIA, Ofer Alkalay, CPA (Isr.), CIA, CFE and Liron Rozenblum, CPA (Isr.), CIA. Guy worked for the international accounting firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers in Israel as a Senior Manager and was responsible of the information system audit, ERP Risks and Fraud risk.  Ofer was a partner at the Israeli member firm of the Grant Thornton network (Fhan Kanne & Co CPA firm) and was responsible of the fraud and investigation department.

Except for their professional experience the partners in the office are known for their awareness of the importance of high quality of service and excellent human relations. Both partners arrived to the field of internal audit from different consulting fields. This brought them to develop methodologies which help organizations develop quality management systems that are integrated into the way they do business and are useful in helping them to achieve their strategic business objectives - in other words they add great value to the organization.
